This programs is for elite athletes of all ages that are the most serious about their own development.

Being an athlete in the sport of baseball is the most important thing. Our weight room teaches guys how to be coordinated, how to move more efficiently, and how to get a lot faster and stronger so that their movements in the box are something they don’t have to think about in the game. We take a very individualized approach to lifting and we meet guys where they’re at based off their goals, body composition, injury history, etc.

All training is done in the semi-private format.
